DISCLOSURE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you access and consult our website, and if you activate the services offered therein, some of the data relating to you are processed. Here we explain which type and why.

N.B. - This information is given in compliance with European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data and refers only to the Website and not to third party websites, which may be reached by the User via links present therein.

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The IT applications and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes, for example: IP addresses or domain names of computers, tablets and other tools used to connect to the website; the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources; the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the system operating system and to the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
Data provided voluntarily by the User
The sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Website - an optional, explicit and voluntary action - involves the acquisition of the e-mail address, data necessary to respond to requests, as well as any further personal data communicated. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING, NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES IN THE EVENT OF REFUSAL
The collection and management of cookies is necessary, as indicated above. The Data Controller processes your data to facilitate navigation and to provide answers or services that may be requested. In the case of filling in forms or services on request, the User is free to provide their personal data for the purposes indicated in the specific information, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service. The retention of contact data and exchanged content responds to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to ensure the availability of information on the services provided and on the exchange of data between the User and the Data Controller, in relation to the rights that can be exercised under the laws in force.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Further retention is envisaged due to the need or opportunity to record the activities carried out, as mentioned above, and therefore correlated to the prescription times of the rights or possibly to the legal timeframes for the retention of relevant documents.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
