For the washing, sterilisation and filling of  stainless steel kegs SIFA proposes Masterkegs, a range of semi-automatic and automatic machines designed and manufactured with particular attention to the health aspect and available in a variety of sizes and models. The entire structure of the machine and the parts in contact with the liquid are made entirely from AISI 304/316 stainless steel. The filling head is designed with particular attention to exclude any contact with the air by the processed product and to guarantee fully sterile filling. The washing systems are designed to ensure: a) Good washing b) Verification and control of the rinsing c) Checking, at the end of each work phase, of the absence of liquids in the keg, thus verifying the impossibility of unwanted decanting and to be able to ensure the unloading phase. The systems are designed for connection to a steam generator for hot sterilisation of the containers. The command and control parts are positioned in a watertight control panel and managed electronically thanks to the use of a PLC. Our valves, for the control of the washing and filling cycles, are made of solid turned stainless steel and, thanks to their perfect internal finish, allow easy washing and sterilisation, preventing dirt from attaching. Furthermore, the particular solid steel structure guarantees excellent wear resistance and minimises routine maintenance operations.

For the filling of one-way kegs SIFA proposes Morekegs, a range of semi-automatic and automatic machines designed and manufactured with particular attention to the health aspect and available in a variety of sizes and models. The entire structure of the machine and the parts in contact with the liquid are made entirely from AISI 304/316 stainless steel. The filling head is designed with particular attention to exclude any contact with the air by the processed product and to guarantee fully sterile filling. It is performed in the version for: Polikeg®, Ecokeg®, Petainer®, KeyKeg®, and Key Keg® Slim Line. The technical staff of SIFA are available to the customer to study the adaptation for one-way kegs other than those provided in the catalogue. With the same machine, by simply typing on the operator panel, it is possible to fill various types of plastic kegs, being sure to assemble each time the specific kit for the type of keg being processed, consisting of a centring device (ring nut) and a head for adapting to the type of keg attachment. The entire structure of the machine and the parts in contact with the liquid  are made of AISI 304 and 316 steel. The work phases are managed automatically and the only manual aspect is the loading and unloading of the keg from the processing point.
